Fees and Insurance
Professional fees are charged for each session and professional service.  While many clients choose to pay the fee themselves, other clients want their insurance plan to pay for part of the visit.  My services are covered for Health Savings or Flexible Spending Account for therapy, I can provide necessary documentation.
For those using their insurance benefit, I provide billing statements for services for PPO insurance plans to submit for reimbursement. In certain cases, I can bill the insurance directly and collect the client copay.  We can find out how your insurance works and determine what is best for your situation.  I also accept workers compensation insurance and Victims of Crime and Witness plans.

I also have a sliding scale fee based on income and resources for those on limited budgets.
Payments can be made by check, cash, debit or credit cards, or Paypal.
If you have a PayPal account, you can click the "Pay Now" button
below and add in the amount using your PayPal account or credit card.
